Is there a warranty? Yes. We guarantee our product and installation as long as you own the home.

How do your prices compare to other companies? We are not the cheapest or the most expensive. We are priced in the middle. We use all the highest quality materials and hardware.

What is your lead time? Typically 3 to 4 weeks from contract date.

How long does the installation take? The average job takes 3 to 4 hours.

Do you cut the job at the home? No. We do as much of the work at our shop as possible to keep the installation time short and clean.

What materials do you use? We work with ventilated wire, ventilated wood, melamine and real wood.

How thick is the melamine you use? ¾" thick

Are the units anchored to the wall? Yes. Everything is securely fastened to the wall.

Do you clean up after installation? Yes. We vacuum the floor and clean the product.

How long do I have to wait to put my clothes away? You can put your clothes away immediately after the installation.

How much deposit do you require? 50% deposit and the balance on completion.
